Alexandra Simpson is a senior counsel in Walkers' London office where she practises British Virgin Islands law and Cayman Islands law.
Alexandra advises on fund finance, asset finance and general secured lending matters. She advises financiers, lessors and owners on international asset and structured finance transactions and advises on the full range of fund finance products including subscription line, Net Asset Value (NAV), hybrid and general partner support facilities.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Alexandra was based in the Cayman Islands where she worked for 10 years at another major offshore law firm. Before moving offshore, Alexandra worked in the Asset Finance team of a leading London law firm.
