Precious Smith is an Associate in the Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team, where she provides legal advice and representation for clients on various legal matters, including local and cross-border voluntary and involuntary liquidations as well as intricate cross-border commercial disputes.
She has a particular focus in corporate restructuring and insolvency but also has experience in general commercial and insurance/reinsurance disputes. Precious has a comprehensive understanding of Insolvency law in Bermuda which enables her to navigate complex legal landscapes to provide strategic, legal guidance through the intricacies of insolvency procedures to clients facing financial distress.
