George Tate is an associate in our Finance & Capital Markets group and is based in the Irish office.
George's main practice areas are structured finance, securitisation, capital markets and general finance matters.
George assists on transactions involving the establishment, financing, operation and management of Irish special purpose vehicles and other investment vehicles which acquire a broad range of asset classes (including loans, mortgages, receivables, distressed assets and insurance-linked securities).

Experience and recent work
Before joining Walkers, George qualified as a solicitor in a leading law firm in Auckland, New Zealand where he gained experience in a broad range of Banking and Finance transactions. George was also previously a Tax Associate with a Big 5 accountancy firm.
