Katie Tyrrell is based in Walkers' Ireland office where she is an associate in the firm's Finance & Capital Markets group
Katie advises on Irish and EU legal and regulatory aspects of the establishment, financing, operation and management of Irish special purpose vehicles and other investment vehicles which acquire a broad range of asset classes (including loans, mortgages, receivables, distressed assets and insurance-linked securities).
Katie's experience includes acting as issuer counsel on collateralised loan obligations (CLOs) and other asset-backed securitisations (including CMBS) involving Irish SPVs.
