Heather is the Global Chief Marketing Officer and leads the firm's global brand, marketing, business development and communications strategy.

Working closely with the firm's partnership and C-suite, she helps shape and execute initiatives that strengthen client relationships, enhance market positioning and support sustainable business growth.

With more than 20 years' experience advising professional services organisations, Heather oversees a global team spanning marketing, business development and communications professionals across the law firm's international network. Her focus is on creating the conditions for growth through stronger client development, data-driven decision making, strategic communications and the effective use of technology and insight. She is also a strong advocate for leadership development, collaboration and building future-ready teams.

Experience and recent work

Before joining us in 2021, Heather worked with a number of leading global professional services firms, including KPMG, Baker McKenzie, Mayer Brown and Simmons & Simmons. Most recently she was the Chief Operating Officer for KPMG's Clients & Markets function across Europe, Middle East, Africa and South Asia.
