Prior to joining Walkers, Michail worked in the M&A/Capital Markets group at leading Australian law firm, MinterEllison where he advised on private M&A transactions, equity capital markets matters and general corporate advisory work.
Michail also completed a 12-month secondment to the firm's London office and a client secondment at a leading health and wellbeing corporation.
