Nick leads our Employment team in Bermuda, advising clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.
Nick is an employment law specialist, with over 17 years' experience advising clients on the full range of employment-related issues. He is a trusted advisor to in-house lawyers, HR teams and C-suite executives.
Nick has particular expertise in supporting clients with senior-level exits, re-organisations and complex grievances, including those involving discrimination and whistleblowing complaints.
He also regularly advises on internal investigations and deals with high-profile employment litigation involving potential reputational damage. Nick’s personable style is guided by providing commercial, solution-focused advice.
