Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Dylan was a banking solicitor where he advised on an array of lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers. This included all aspects of a lending transaction from drafting and negotiation of loan and security documentation to carrying out full investigations of title and lease reviews for both residential and commercial properties.
