Kiara Wilkinson

Kiara has a broad-based practice advising and representing clients in a full range of civil and commercial matters. Her clients include banks and financial institutions, with a particular focus on debt recovery and asset recovery. She has also worked extensively on shareholder fair value appraisal actions and the complex interlocutory disputes arising thereunder. Her work also includes landlord and tenant disputes—across both residential and commercial properties—and employment claims, especially those engaging human rights issues.
