Specialising in financial services regulation matters including fintech and digital assets, Sheila is an associate in our London Regulatory & Risk Advisory Practice Group.
Sheila has advised on complex regulatory matters, including guiding clients through regulatory landscape changes triggered by significant legislative reforms. Her experience extends to advising fintech companies, large and small-scale managed investment schemes, and listed financial firms on regulatory issues. She has a special interest in fintech, crypto and blockchain businesses.
Experience and recent work
Before joining Walkers in 2025, Sheila held legal and advisory roles across a range of respected financial and legal institutions. This included serving as a Legal Counsel at ASX-listed Liberty Financial (one of Australia's largest non-bank lenders) and as a financial services regulatory associate at a specialist corporate law firm.
In addition to her legal practice, Sheila previously co-founded a web application designed to empower the community by providing accessible legal knowledge for everyday issues.
