Ian McNamee is based in Walkers Irish office where he is a partner in the firm's Global Finance and Corporate Groups. Ian's principal practice areas are structured products and capital markets, distressed investment, finance, restructurings and general corporate. In particular, he advises on Irish and EU legal and regulatory aspects of the establishment, financing, operation and management of Irish special purpose vehicles and other investment vehicles which acquire a broad range of asset classes (loans, mortgages, receivables, distressed assets, insurance products etc) around the world.
