Steven is the CEO of Walkers Professional Services and is based in the Cayman Islands.
He leads an international team of experts who provide Corporate Services, Fiduciary Services, Corporate Governance and Compliance & Regulatory Services to corporate and institutional clients.
He has wide-ranging experience in the offshore professional services sector, and has previously acted as director to a number of asset finance and structured finance special purpose vehicles.
Steven is a chartered accountant, a chartered tax advisor and a qualified financial advisor.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers Professional Services, Steven worked with another leading fiduciary services provider in the Cayman Islands where he had responsibility for bringing the structured finance portfolio into compliance with US and UK FATCA requirements and managing a number of regulatory matters internally to include EMIR, ISDA Protocols and the Volcker Rule. Prior to this he acted as a tax advisor with a 'Big 4' accounting firm in Ireland for over five years specialising in international tax in the banking, insurance, aircraft leasing and renewable energy industries.
