Paige is based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office where she is a partner in the Finance and Corporate Group. Paige works closely with colleagues across Walkers' global network to advise asset managers and other financial institutions when structuring secured lending transactions with a Cayman nexus. She regularly works on a range of transactions in this space, including corporate loan and commercial real estate backed CLOs, collateralised fund obligations, airline loyalty programme securitisations, green bonds, as well as cap call financings and other more bespoke secured lending transactions in the fund finance space. She also has experience in a broad range of financing, refinancing and restructuring work involving asset backed securities.
Prior to joining Walkers, Paige worked in the Real Estate Finance and Capital Markets practices of Clifford Chance in London. She regularly advised originators, arrangers, servicers and investors in the context of securitisations and structured debt transactions, both new money and distressed.
