Paige is based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office where she is a partner in the Finance and Corporate Group. She has experience working on a wide variety of corporate, banking and regulatory matters. Paige specialises in structured products and works on a range of transactions, including CLOs, securitisations and CLN/repackaging programmes across the U.S., Latin American, European and Asian markets. She also has experience in a broad range of financing, refinancing and restructuring work involving asset backed securities, including RMBS, CMBS, CDOs and secured corporate bonds.
Prior to joining Walkers, Paige worked in the Finance and Capital Markets practices of Clifford Chance in London, where she worked on a range of securitisations and capital markets transactions. Paige regularly advised originators, arrangers, servicers and investors in the context of securitisations and structured debt transactions, both new money and distressed.
