Kate Pang joined Walkers' Hong Kong office in 2015 and is a senior associate in the Finance and Corporate Group. Kate advises on BVI and Cayman Islands law in relation to leveraged finance, asset finance, project finance and general corporate lending.
Prior to joining Walkers' Finance & Corporate Practice in 2015, Kate completed her training contract at Clifford Chance in 2008 and qualified into the General Banking department in London where she worked primarily on leveraged finance transactions and general corporate lending. During her time in London she undertook client secondments to Barclays Capital and ING. She was seconded to Clifford Chance's finance practice in Beijing in 2010 where she focused on a variety of bank lending work, including outbound project financing and export credit financing, pre-IPO financing and asset financing.
