Ed joined Walkers' Cayman Islands office in 2013 where he is an associate in the firm's Global Investment Funds Group. He advises on all aspects of funds work and has experience in a broad range of funds transactions.Ed advises investment managers, private equity houses and their onshore counsel in relation to Cayman Islands corporate and partnership structures.
Prior to joining Walkers, Ed worked in the financial institutions department of Clifford Chance in London, where he advised investment funds, retail funds, insurers and banks on acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and regulatory issues.
