Ed joined Walkers' Cayman Islands office in 2013 where he is a partner in the firm's Global Investment Funds Group. His practice concentrates on the formation, operation and restructuring of investment funds.

Ed has extensive experience in both open and closed-ended investment structures. Ed advises institutional asset managers and established and start-up investment managers on all aspects of investments funds matters, including structuring considerations and formation, launches, governance, reorganisations, ongoing operations, exit and end-of-life matters, as well as downstream corporate transactions and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Walkers, Ed worked in the financial institutions department of Clifford Chance in London, where he advised investment funds, retail funds, insurers and banks on acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and regulatory issues.​
