Joanne Ziegler is a senior counsel based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office. She joined Walkers in 2014 and is a member of the Finance and Corporate Group.Joanne specialises in structured finance transactions and has extensive experience in CDO/CLO and other securitisation transactions, including restructurings and re-financings, CRE CDOs, middle-market CLOs and NIM transactions. Joanne also advises upon a wide variety of corporate, banking and regulatory matters, including venture financings and CSX listings.
Joanne worked in the finance team at another major law firm in the Cayman Islands for nine years before joining Walkers. Prior to moving to the Cayman Islands, Joanne worked in the banking and tax teams at Russell McVeagh in Auckland where she worked on a range of securitisation and capital markets transactions.
