Richard Siddle is a partner in the Finance and Corporate Group of Walkers' Singapore office. Richard advises in relation to Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands law and has extensive experience of cross-border debt finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, structured finance, debt restructurings and general corporate lending. Richard has a particular focus on fund finance and regularly represents both lenders and sponsors with respect to capital call financings, NAV and hybrid facilitates and GP/Management facilities.
Richard joined Clifford Chance in London as a trainee in 2004 and qualified into their London office He was seconded to the banking department at the Amsterdam office of Clifford Chance in 2006 where he spent three years. Prior to joining Walkers he worked for Melbourne law firm Hall and Wilcox in the banking and finance department.
