Richard Siddle is a partner in Walkers' Global Finance and Corporate Group, based in our Singapore office, which he joined in March 2011. Richard has experience in a broad range of debt finance transactions. He advises both lender and borrower clients in relation to Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands law aspects of leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, asset finance, structured finance, fund finance and general banking matters.
Richard joined Clifford Chance in London as a trainee in 2004 and qualified into their London office He was seconded to the banking department at the Amsterdam office of Clifford Chance in 2006 where he spent three years. Prior to joining Walkers he worked for Melbourne law firm Hall and Wilcox in the banking and finance department.
