Yin Xu is a partner in the firm's Investment Funds Group based in Walkers' Hong Kong office. Yin Xu regularly advises private equity and hedge fund sponsors on the formation of funds, co-investments and alternative investment vehicles. Yin Xu also advises on private equity investments, pre-IPO financing, formation of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganisations including statutory mergers, schemes of arrangement and takeovers.
Prior to joining Walkers, Yin Xu worked in the corporate department of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Hong Kong where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and general corporate matters.
