Practice Areas

Jason is a partner in Walkers' Global Investment Funds Group. He advises on Cayman Islands corporate and investment funds law, with particular expertise advising institutional clients on all aspects of structuring and establishment of private equity funds and hedge funds, and the related downstream M&A and corporate finance aspects. Jason's clients include market leading institutional investment managers, investment banks, corporations, trustees and investment funds.

​Jason began advising on Cayman Islands law in 2004 while working at another leading Cayman Islands law firm. In late 2012, he left that firm to help set up the Cayman Islands office of another offshore firm. Two years later, in 2014, he joined Walkers as a partner.  

Prior to moving to the Cayman Islands, Jason worked for Freshfields in London.
