Jason is a partner in Walkers' Global Investment Funds Group. He advises on Cayman Islands corporate and investment funds law, with particular expertise advising institutional clients on all aspects of structuring and establishment of private equity funds and hedge funds, and the related downstream M&A and corporate finance aspects. Jason's clients include market leading institutional investment managers, investment banks, corporations, trustees, and investment funds.
Jason has been advising on Cayman Islands law since 2004 when he joined another leading Cayman Islands law firm. He left that firm in late 2012 to help set up the Cayman Islands office of another offshore firm before joining Walkers as a partner in 2014. Prior to moving to the Cayman Islands, Jason worked for Freshfields in London.
