We are experienced in all types of international and cross-border transactions covering a broad range of sectors with a particular focus on both contentious and non-contentious corporate and finance law, investment funds, private equity, structured products, capital markets, regulatory and risk advisory, and private capital and trusts.
Walkers delivers clear, concise and practical advice based on an in-depth knowledge of the legal, regulatory and commercial environment in Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Ireland and Jersey.
She also advises on the formation and ongoing operation of private equity funds, co-investment vehicles and alternative investment vehicles and related private equity acquisition and disposal transactions and associated structures as well as general corporate matters. Caroline advises and works with globally recognised investment managers and major private equity sponsors as well as a range of specialist asset managers.
Caroline is chair of the firm's Trainee Committee in the Cayman Islands and is responsible for the training programmes of Articled Clerks, the annual Walkers Legal Internship and the continued mentoring of the Walkers Legal Scholarship recipients throughout the course of their studies.
Prior to joining Walkers, Caroline practised in the Corporate Department at Eversheds (now Eversheds Sutherland) in London where she advised on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance transactions and other general commercial and corporate matters.
During 2004, she was seconded for eight months to Henderson Global Investors where she worked on the launch and refinancing of international property funds. Caroline was also seconded to Eversheds' Copenhagen office, to assist with a joint venture between Scandinavian and Russian international companies for the provision of financial services.

2018 Caroline was a member of the 2018 Cayman Islands Commonwealth Games Squash Team, won a Gold Medal in women's squash singles at the 2011 Islands Games and has prior England and World Rankings in squash.
Caroline is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association and is a notary public in the Cayman Islands.
