Caroline is also chair of the firm's Trainee Committee in Cayman and is responsible for the training programmes of the Articled Clerks, the Walkers Legal Internship held each summer and the continued mentoring of the Walkers Legal Scholarship recipients throughout the course of their law degrees.
Prior to joining Walkers, Caroline practised in the Corporate Department at Eversheds where she advised on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance transactions and other general commercial and corporate matters. During 2004, Caroline was seconded for eight months to Henderson Global Investors where she worked on the launch and refinancing of international property funds. Caroline was also seconded to Eversheds' Copenhagen office, to assist with a joint venture between Scandinavian and Russian international companies for the provision of financial services.
