Nicole Tovey is a partner* in the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group of Walkers' Bermuda office.She specialises in cross-border contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, including schemes of arrangement, acting for debtors, creditors, insolvency practitioners and investors. Nicole also represents clients in relation to general commercial disputes, secured asset recoveries, banking litigation, director and shareholder disputes including minority oppression claims, contractual claims, high net worth trust proceedings and estate disputes. Nicole appears before the Bermuda Supreme Court on a regular basis.

Prior to joining Walkers, Nicole was most recently a director of a Bermuda law firm, following a career in Australia which included roles in the insolvency and corporate recovery groups at Minter Ellison and Freehills.
