Laetitia Bush joined Walkers in February 2016, she is an associate in the Cayman office where she is a member of the firm's Global Finance and Corporate Groups. Laetitia advises on Cayman Islands law, focusing on a wide range of matters including investment fund financings, corporate financings, acquisition financings, margin lending, repackaging and other structured transactions. Laetitia also advises on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, preference share issues, corporate restructuring and investment fund downstream activities.

Additionally, Laetitia is a member of the multi-disciplinary private client and capital practice, where she represents private clients and family offices on the financial aspects of cross-border transaction in which they participate.

Prior to joining Walkers, Laetitia worked in corporate services for a Cayman Islands registered office provider where she gained knowledge in general corporate advisory matters. Laetitia came to law from a career in science and this background allows her to bring a unique perspective to transactions.
