Prior to joining Walkers Fiduciary Limited, Karen was employed in the Corporate and Commercial Banking unit of an international bank in the Cayman Islands where she originated and managed a portfolio of domestic midmarket loans. Karen has also worked for two other fiduciary services providers over a span of ten years where she provided independent director and administration services to a wide range of SPVs, including those formed in the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre), investment funds, securitizations, private equity and venture capital structures and hedge funds.
