Yannick Whorms is based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office, where he is an associate in the firm's Investment Funds group. He specialises in the establishment and structuring of both hedge and private equity funds, as well as the provision of ongoing general corporate and regulatory advice.
Prior to joining Walkers, Yannick worked with the Information and Communications Technology Authority (now the Utility Regulation and Competition Office (OfReg)) in the Cayman Islands.
