Meg McAuley is an associate in Walkers' Jersey Banking & Finance team, where she works on a wide range of finance transaction, particularly acquisition and real estate finance.Meg has experience of advising on both the borrower and lender side of major transactions, including working on the Walkers team assisting the lenders behind the redevelopment of the former Battersea Power Station, the most expensive UK real estate acquisition and redevelopment on record.She also advises in respect of a wide variety of Jersey corporate and trust structures, and works closely with Walkers' Jersey corporate law team on major M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Walkers in September 2018, Meg trained at Dentons UK and Middle East LLP in Edinburgh. During Meg's traineeship, she completed seats in dispute resolution, banking & finance, and commercial real estate.
