Mark Finlayson is an Associate based in the Guernsey office. He joined Walkers in 2018 and is a member of the Corporate, Finance and Investment Funds Group.
Mark assists on a wide range of corporate, banking, finance and investment fund transactions.
Prior to joining Walkers, Mark worked in the corporate department of a leading offshore firm in Guernsey for two years. Before moving to Guernsey, Mark spent over five years practising corporate law in South Africa, before pursuing business interests for five years in the South African private sector.
