Jon Le Rossignol is a Senior Counsel in Walkers' Jersey office specialising in the financing of real estate holding structures established in Jersey, and in advising on non-contentious restructuring of such structures, and enforcement of Jersey security.
Having previously practiced with a Magic Circle firm in London and Hong Kong, he has more than a decade's experience advising lenders and borrowers on the full life-cycle of Banking and Finance matters.
Jon's clients include global financial institutions, debt funds and trustees.
Prior to joining Walkers, Jon worked in the Global Restructuring Group of Allen & Overy, in both London and Hong Kong.
He worked for Allen & Overy through the 2008 financial crisis, and also undertook a six-month secondment to the firm's Milan office.
Jon also worked for another leading offshore law firm for five years before joining Walkers at the start of 2019.
