Andrew joined Walkers' London office in 2019 and is senior counsel in the Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Group. Andrew advises on British Virgin Islands law and Cayman Islands law.
Andrew has extensive experience advising on complex and high value multi-jurisdictional disputes, and his clients include leading corporations, banks, financial institutions, and insolvency practitioners.
Andrew has particular expertise in forum and jurisdiction challenges, shareholder and partnership disputes, unfair prejudice proceedings, fraud and asset tracing claims, freezing orders and other forms of interim relief, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. Andrew has also acted in connection in a number of high profile insolvency matters.
Andrew trained at Mayer Brown in London, and qualified into its Commercial Dispute Resolution team, where he was an associate for a number of years.
Prior to joining Walkers, Andrew worked for another leading offshore firm in the British Virgin Islands and London.
