Prior to joining Walkers, Audrey was a Director and dedicated in-house legal counsel to the London and Paris Structured Acquisition Finance teams at ING. Before moving in-house, she was a senior member of the London Banking, Financial Restructuring and Insolvency team at White & Case, where she specialised in sponsor and cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings. She trained in New Zealand and worked in the Financial Services team at Kensington Swan.
