Charlotte is based in Walkers' Irish office where she is an associate in the firm's Finance and Capital Markets Group. Charlotte's principal practice areas are Finance and Capital Markets, Fund Financing, Securitisation, Private Equity, Distressed Investment, Corporate Restructuring and General Banking matters.

In particular, Charlotte advises on Irish and EU legal and regulatory aspects of the establishment, financing, operation and management of Irish special purpose vehicles and other investment vehicles which acquire a broad range of asset classes (including loans, mortgages, receivables, distressed assets and insurance-linked securities). Charlotte also advises on high value Finance work, particularly in the Cross-Border Lending, Structured Finance and Fund Financing spaces.

Prior to joining Walkers, Charlotte trained at a leading Irish law firm in Northern Ireland within the areas of Banking, Financial Services and Property.
