Jenna Wong is a senior counsel in the Global Investment Funds Group in the Cayman Islands office.
She advises on a wide range of private equity and hedge fund matters across different strategies, as well as general corporate and M&A transactions. She regularly acts for leading investment managers on both fund formation and ongoing corporate transactions.

Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Jenna worked in the Corporate (M&A) team in the Brisbane office of Herbert Smith Freehills. She also worked directly on a part-time seconded basis with Mitsui Coal Holdings as legal counsel in Brisbane.
Jenna spent six months in the Corporate Team in the Tokyo office of Herbert Smith Freehills working on inbound and outbound transactions in various jurisdictions. She worked primarily with clients on transactions across the energy, resources and agribusiness sectors and advised on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions, divestments and general corporate advisory matters.
