Maria Pule is a senior associate in Walkers' Asset Management and Investment Funds group based in the Ireland office.
She has experience working with both domestic and international clients on the establishment and authorisation of investment funds including UCITS and AIFs. Maria advises investment funds and fund service providers on structuring queries and ongoing legal and regulatory obligations connected to the operation of their business.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Maria worked as a legal advisor in a global asset management company.
