Shanine Felix is an associate in Walkers' Cayman Islands office and is a member of the Finance and Corporate Group.
She advises on a variety of finance and corporate matters, including CLOs, securitisations, fund financing and corporate restructurings.
Prior to joining Walkers, Shanine worked in the Finance Group at another offshore law firm in the Cayman Islands and in the Project Finance team at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.
