Sabena Panesar is an associate based in the Cayman Islands office. She joined Walkers in 2020 and is a member of the Regulatory & Risk Advisory Group, which regularly acts for major financial services providers, investment banks, funds and investment managers on a range of regulatory matters.
Before joining Walkers, Sabena was a specialist lawyer at Santander UK plc, where she regularly advised on banking and credit regulation. Prior to that, Sabena trained and qualified at Slaughter and May and was an associate in its financing team, where she gained a broad exposure to transactional documentation.
