Nicholas Howard joined Walkers' Bermuda office in 2020 where he is an associate in the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group. He advises and represents clients in a broad range of contentious commercial disputes, including corporate insolvency, restructuring, insurance/reinsurance and employment matters. Nicholas also advises on contentious public law matters, including regulatory actions, government procurement and judicial review.
Before moving to Bermuda, Nicholas practiced in Canada for the federal Department of Justice where he advised on disputes related to large commercial transactions, defence procurement and national security reviews.
