Alice Wight is an associate in Walkers' Jersey Banking & Finance practice group, acting for financial institutions and corporate borrowers, with particular experience in real estate finance, corporate finance and fund finance matters.She has been advising on matters of Jersey law since March 2019, and has experience in the financing of investment holding structures in Jersey including Jersey Property Unit Trusts, the establishment and operation of Jersey Property Unit Trust structures, and in Sharia-compliant financing agreements under Jersey law.
Alice joined Walkers in January 2020, after practising with the Banking & Finance group of another leading offshore firm since March 2019.She trained and worked with DWF in Northern Ireland as a newly qualified solicitor before moving offshore.
