Will Waldron is an associate based in the Cayman Islands office. He joined Walkers in 2021 and is a member of the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group, specialising in contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters and general offshore disputes.

Will has broad experience ranging from regulatory investigations to advising large corporate and institutional clients on a wide range of high value and high profile international and cross-border disputes.

Prior Employment Experience

Prior to joining Walkers, Will worked in the Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team at another leading law firm in the Cayman Islands.

Before moving to the Cayman Islands, Will previously worked at King & Wood Mallesons and Clayton Utz in Brisbane, Australia. He was heavily involved in the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry and subsequent regulatory investigations.
