John Fawkes joined Walkers Fiduciary Limited in 2021.
He services a wide range of transactions including structured notes issues, CLOs, note programmes, securitisations, aircraft, ship and other asset financing structures.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, John worked with another leading fiduciary services provider in the Cayman Islands for nearly seven years servicing a wide range of alternative investment funds and providing independent solutions for cross trades.
Qualifications
Education:
- BSc (Hons) in Economics, Newcastle University, UK
- Acc. Dir – Accredited Director, The Chartered Governance Institute of Canada
- Claritas Investment Certificate – CFA Institute
