Ryan Everett

Ryan Everett is an associate based in the Cayman Islands office. He joined Walkers in 2021 and is a member of the Global Investment Funds Group.
He advises on a range of private equity and hedge fund matters, as well as general corporate and M&A transactions. Ryan regularly acts for major investment banks, investment managers and corporate trustees, advising on a variety of investment fund structures.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Ryan worked in the Securities Group in the Vancouver office of Canadian law firm, Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. In this role, he advised clients on a range of commercial transactions, including M&A, public and private financings, IPOs, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and commercial agreements.
