Sam specialises in advising on corporate matters, in particular corporate transactions, corporate structuring and corporate governance.
This includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, joint ventures, company incorporations, company migrations, company distributions and employee share schemes. Sam also advises on finance matters, in particular investment fund finance and financings with a corporate nexus.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Sam worked in the corporate department of one of the leading law firms in New Zealand.
