Prior to joining Walkers, Rob worked in the corporate department of a leading law firm in Ireland. During his time in Ireland, Rob acted for start-ups and well established large companies in investments, mergers and acquisitions, series financing transactions, shareholder agreements and commercial contracting. Rob has experience advising on corporate compliance maters, and on company and director obligations under company law.
