Monique Bhullar is based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office where she is a partner in the firm's Private Capital & Trusts Group. Monique advises on a wide range of Cayman Islands commercial trust matters, including the creation and administration of investment funds structured as unit trusts, securitisation trusts, liquidating trusts, employee benefit trusts and pension trusts. She also advises high net worth individuals and families, trust companies, family offices and charitable organisations on all aspects of private trusts, foundation companies and other wealth and estate planning structures.
Monique has been with Walkers and based in the Cayman Islands since 2008, prior to which was with Cititrust in Zurich involved the legal structuring and administration of Cayman Islands trusts. Before this, Monique worked in the global tax practice of a New Zealand firm.
