Monique Bhullar is based in Walkers' Cayman Islands office where she is a partner in the Private Capital & Trusts Group.
She advises high net worth individuals and families, trust companies, family offices and charitable organisations on all aspects of private trusts, foundation companies and other wealth and estate planning structures. She also advises on a wide range of Cayman Islands commercial trust matters, including the creation and administration of investment funds structured as unit trusts, securitisation trusts, liquidating trusts, employee benefit trusts and pension trusts.
Prior to joining Walkers in 2008, Monique worked in the trusts division of Citigroup Private Bank in Zurich, dealing with the structuring and administration of Cayman Islands trusts for the bank's private clients. She also worked in the global tax practice of a New Zealand firm.
