Cathryn Minors joined Walkers' Bermuda office in 2022 where she is a Senior Associate in the Corporate, Finance, Funds & Insurance Group. Cathryn's practice includes all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with particular experience in corporate reorganisations, finance, securitisations and advising on Bermuda law aspects of transactions for both local and exempted companies. Cathryn also advises on (re)insurance regulatory and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Walkers, Cathryn worked in the corporate department of a leading offshore firm in both Bermuda and Hong Kong. She was also previously legal counsel at Athora Life Re Ltd., a registered Class E long-term (re)insurer under the Insurance Act 1978 and supervised by the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
