Timothy Lau is a senior associate in the Finance and Corporate Group in Walkers' Singapore office.
Timothy advises financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers on acquisition finance, syndicated lending, general banking, asset and project finance transactions.
Experience and recent work
Prior to joining Walkers, Timothy completed his training contract at Allen & Gledhill LLP in Singapore and qualified into the Banking and Finance department as an associate. Timothy then worked as an associate in the Debt Finance department in White & Case LLP in both Singapore and Hong Kong. His principal practice areas were general corporate lending, leveraged finance and structured finance.
