Fiona MacAdam joined Walkers' Cayman Islands office in 2010 where she is senior counsel in the Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Group. Fiona specialises in complex restructurings, contentious and non-contentious insolvencies and distressed situations, advising existing stakeholders and creditors, debtors, hedge funds, insolvency practitioners and other advisors.
Prior to joining Walkers, Fiona worked in the Finance department at Latham & Watkins in London where she specialised in restructuring and turnaround work. Fiona has extensive experience of multi-jurisdictional and cross-border restructuring transactions including advising on a number of schemes of arrangement.
