Sean is a Senior Vice President in Walkers Professional Services, Ireland. He is responsible for overseeing a team who manage the transaction closing process and ongoing obligations of a large portfolio of CLOs, aircraft leasing and structured finance SPVs. Sean has extensive experience acting as an SPV director for a wide range of asset classes.
Sean has over twenty years' experience working in the financial services industry in Ireland. Prior to joining Walkers Professional Services, Sean held a senior role in Maples Group, acting as an SPV director and transaction manager, providing accounting and administration services for complex fund structures.
He also previously worked for UBS Fund Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers New York and KPMG Dublin.
