Devon Jenkins is an Associate in Walkers’ Guernsey Employment Law Practice Group, specialising in employment disputes including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
Devon practised onshore in South Africa before moving to Guernsey, and also spent more than a year seconded to the BMW Group South Africa advising on employment law matters, as well as a broad range of corporate, regulatory and litigation issues.
He has been admitted since 2017 and has represented clients – mainly on the employer side – in tribunals and arbitrations.
