Ciaran Bohnacker is a partner in the firm's Global Finance and Corporate Groups. He advises on Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands law in relation to general banking, asset and project finance, acquisition finance, private equity and general corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Walkers in 2011, Ciaran practiced in the banking and finance department of Clifford Chance in both their Dubai and Hong Kong offices – having completed his training contract with Clifford Chance in London. During his time with Clifford Chance, Ciaran advised on a broad range of finance matters, in particular, cross-border project finance and acquisition finance transactions.
