Róisín advises on lease, loan and security documentation, advising in relation to Irish finance and corporate law, and also on matters relating to Irish company law and registration of aircraft interests under the Cape Town Convention.
She has advised on high profile matters including advising a leading international aircraft lessor on its portfolio transfer of 78 aircraft and US$2.5 billion term loan facility.
