Lucy Le Cornu is a senior associate in Walkers' Jersey Banking & Finance practice group and has advised on a wide range of finance, securitisation and structured finance matters under Jersey law.
In particular, Lucy has previously worked on cashboxes, convertible bond issuances, synthetic securitisations, credit card securitisation structures and fund finance transactions.
She has been advising on Jersey law matters since 2018.
